Marketing: Lessons to learn from the RIM's downward spiral

As a Canadian business person, I was proud that a Canadian company, RIM became a market leader in wireless- mobile technology. However, it is the dramatic fall of RIM and their headline product – Blackberry over the past year that everyone is talking about. Did it have to be this way? No. What are the lessons we as business people can learn from the RIM downfall?
